Kind Paws started as an informal group of neighbours in a Delhi suburb who fed a few hungry dogs and noticed one clear truth: the animals survived when fed consistently, and neighbourhoods were kinder when people spoke to each other about solutions. From that small beginning we formalised our actions — trained feeders, partnered with local vets, and began recording outcomes. Our mission is simple: relieve immediate suffering while building sustainable, humane systems that reduce the need for feeding over time.
Our beginning: a small bowl, a big change
Our mission & values
Compassion first: Every life deserves dignity — whether a dog waiting at a traffic island or a tired cow near a temple.
Responsibility: Feeding must be combined with hygiene, safety and medical care to prevent harm to people and animals.
Local leadership: Delhi NCR is diverse; local volunteers know local problems — we empower them.
Transparency: Donors and partners deserve clear reporting of funds and impact.
The team
Our core team in Delhi NCR includes: field coordinators, rescue technicians, volunteer feeders, finance & transparency leads, and partnerships managers who liaise with RWAs and the municipal bodies. We work closely with veterinary partners for sterilization and vaccination drives and have established standard operating procedures for rescue and quarantine where needed.

Primarily street dogs and cows across Delhi NCR (including New Delhi, North/South/East/West zones, and peri-urban localities). We prioritise animals in high-traffic areas, locations with frequent complaints, rescue cases needing medical attention, and feeding points where community feeders have been active but need support.
Who we serve
How we operate (process)
Mapping & scheduling — We map feeding points with GPS, schedule volunteers and track food quantities.
Feeding hygiene — Bags/containers, gloves, measured portions and cleanup.
Health checks & records — Each animal we treat gets a basic health record (photo, tag, date, treatments).
Sterilization & vaccination link — Animals regularly fed are prioritized for ABC drives; consistent feeding helps capture and monitor animals. This is the recommended humane approach used nationally.

Governance & transparency
We publish monthly impact reports, an annual financial statement, and itemised usage of restricted funds (e.g., donor-specified sterilization sponsorships). If you have 80G registration or other tax-exempt status, include certificate and registration number here for donor confidence. FMSF India
Partners
We partner with local clinics, volunteer groups, RWAs and civic bodies to run ABC drives, vaccination camps, and large rescues. If you are an RWA or a vet and want to partner, contact our partnerships team.
